Ingredients

  • 1 large Marshmallow
  • 1 Graham Cracker
  • 1 square Dairy-Free Chocolate

Instructions

Campfire Directions

  1. Place a large marshmallow on a roasting stick.

  2. Slowly turn your marshmallow over the fire (or in the fire if that is your jam).

  3. Once lightly golden and puffy, transfer the marshmallow to your chocolate topped graham cracker.

  4. Add any spreads to the second half of the graham cracker and smash the two sides together and enjoy!

Air Fryer Directions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.

  2. Once preheated place half of a sheet of a graham cracker in the air fryer basket. Top with 1 large marshmallow and cook for 3 minutes.

  3. While the marshmallow cooks, prepare the other half of the graham cracker with toppings and chocolate.

  4. The marshmallow will probably pop off the graham cracker during cooking. Use small tongs to lift the marshmallow back on the graham cracker half, then use a spatula to remove the graham cracker with marshmallow out of the air fryer.

  5. Put the marshmallow topped graham cracker together with the chocolate topped graham cracker and enjoy.

Microwave Directions

  1. Place half a graham cracker on a microwave safe plate. Top with a square of chocolate and one large marshmallow.

  2. Heat in the microwave for about 20 seconds (until the marshmallow puffs up).

  3. Remove from microwave and top with second half of a graham cracker.

Oven Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to broil, high. Place half of a graham cracker on a lined cookie sheet.

  2. Top the graham cracker with a square of chocolate. Place a large marshmallow on top.

  3. Place the cookie sheet into the middle of the oven and broil on high for 1-2 minutes. 1:30 seems to be a good sweet spot.Remove from oven.

  4. Place the second half of the graham cracker on top of the marshmallow side and enjoy!
