Ingredients

  • 5.1 ounce Instant Banana Pudding
  • cup Oat Milk divided into 1¾ and ½ cups
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 12 Golden Oreos crushed
  • 1 Banana thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix 5.1 ounces instant banana pudding with 1¾ cup non-dairy milk. Whisk 5 minutes or until thick.

  2. In a large liquid measuring cup add pudding, ½ cup oat milk, and 1 teaspoon vanilla, set aside.

  3. Crush 12 golden Oreos to desired size and slice a banana into thin rounds.

  4. In the popsicle mold add a layer of crushed Oreo, some sliced banana, and pour the banana pudding mixture to fill the molds about halfway.

  5. Repeat with another layer of crushed Oreo, sliced banana, and pudding mixture.

  6. End with a little more banana and crushed Oreo before adding the popsicle sticks and closing up the mold.

  7. Freeze for at least 4 hours (I like to freeze them overnight).
