Vegan Fudgesicles

Rich, chocolaty, and completely vegan these creamy chocolate fudgesicles are a 5-ingredient dessert perfect for the summer!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut Cream (from a can of full fat coconut milk)
  • 1 cup Oatmilk
  • ½ cup Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a large liquid measuring cup (at least 4 cups) with a pour spout, stir coconut cream with sugar and vanilla until combined.

  2. Next add the cocoa powder and stir until smooth. (I find it easier to mix the cocoa powder with a smaller amount of liquid first to prevent spilling).

  3. Next pour in the oat milk and stir until combined.

  4. Carefully pour the chocolate mixture into popsicle molds.

  5. Freeze until set, at least 4-8 hours. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

This vegan fudgesicle recipe yields roughly 9 mini popsicles and will most likely yield about 4-6 full-sized popsicles.
