Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Espresso or 1/2 cup fresh brewed coffee
  • 1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Puree
  • ½ Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla
  • ½ cup Oat Milk

Instructions

  1. Brew 2 ounces espresso or ½ cup of coffee and pour into a tall coffee cup.

  2. Add 1 Tablespoon pumpkin puree, ½ Tablespoon maple syrup, ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, and ½ teaspoon vanilla. Mix the ingredients together.

  3. In a microwave safe mug, heat ½ cup oat milk. Froth for about 30 seconds after heating

  4. Pour the frothed oat milk over the espresso mixture.

  5. Top with vegan whipped topping and dust with a little pumpkin pie spice.
