Depending on the size of your tortilla select a non-stick skillet the tortilla will fit in.
Heat the skillet over medium-low heat.
Spread 1 Tablespoon marinara sauce over half of the tortilla.
Top the sauce with 2 Tablespoons shredded vegan cheese.
Sprinkle with a little oregano and fold the other half of the tortilla over the top of the shredded vegan cheese like a taco.
Cook over medium-low for about 2 minutes, then flip the quesadilla over to the other side and cook another 2 minutes or until the quesadilla is melted through.
Remove from skillet and allow to cool a minute or two before slicing and enjoying!
