Jell-O Pudding Popsicles

Easy, creamy, and made with three ingredients, these deliciously dairy-free Jell-O pudding popsicles are a dairy-free take on a childhood classic frozen treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups Non-dairy Milk divided
  • 3.4 ounce Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 3.4 ounce Chocolate Pudding Mix

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl whisk together 1 ¼ cup non-dairy milk with vanilla pudding mix until thick and set, about 5 minutes. Set bowl aside.

  2. In a second large mixing bowl whisk together 1 ¼ cup non-dairy milk with chocolate pudding milk until thick and set, about 5 minutes. Set bow aside.

  3. Using a gallon zip lock bag, alternate large scoops of vanilla and chocolate pudding until the pudding is all in the bag.

  4. Cut one of the bottom corners of the bag, and squeeze the pudding into popsicle molds.

  5. Alternative method- Alternate small scoops of vanilla and chocolate pudding into the popsicle molds.

  6. Add the popsicle sticks and freeze to set, at least 4 hours.

  7. Remove from the popsicle molds and store in the freezer until you are ready to enjoy them.
