Halloween White Chocolate Dipped Graham Crackers

Make your spooky season sweeter with these dairy-free Halloween white chocolate dipped graham crackers decorated to look like ghosts, mummies, monsters, and pumpkins.

Ingredients

  • 9 ounces Vegan White Chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
  • 6 Graham Crackers broken into 4 pieces
  • Food Dye
  • Candy Eyes
  • Vegan Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, melt 9 ounces vegan white chocolate with 1 teaspoon coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals. Stir together and heat until smooth.

  2. Divide the white chocolate into 3 shallow bowls.

  3. Using the food color, make one bowl orange, one bowl green, and leave one bowl white.

  4. Follow the different steps below to make Pumpkin, Monster, Ghost, and Mummy Graham Crackers.

Pumpkin Decorated Graham Crackers

  1. Dip the graham cracker in orange colored white chocolate.

  2. Using melted semi-sweet chocolate in a sandwich bag, pipe triangle eyes and a mouth onto the graham cracker. Place on parchment paper to set.

Monster Decorated Graham Crackers

  1. Dip the graham cracker in green colored white chocolate. Add two candy eyes to the center of the dipped graham cracker.

  2. Using the melted semi-sweet chocolate in a sandwich bag, pipe a smile and hair on the monster. Place on parchment paper to set.

Ghost Decorated Graham Crackers

  1. Dip the graham crackers into the plain white chocolate.

  2. Using the melted semi-sweet chocolate in a sandwich bag, pipe eyes and a mouth onto the white chocolate dipped graham crackers. Place on parchment paper to set.

Mummy Decorated Graham Crackers

  1. Dip the graham crackers into the plain white chocolate. Add two eyes to the dipped cracker.

  2. Place the remaining white chocolate into a sandwich bag and cut the tip. Pipe mummy wraps across the white chocolate dipped graham cracker. Place on parchment paper to set.
