Moist, flavorful, and made in one-bowl, this dairy-free yogurt cake recipe is the perfect cake for every occasion.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9-inch cake pan with parchment paper and spray with non-stick spray. Set to the side.
In a large mixing bowl add ½ cup dairy-free yogurt, ½ cup oil, 3 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 cup sugar. Mix together until smooth.
Next, add 1 ½ cups flour, ¼ teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon baking soda. Mix to combine.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 33-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
Remove from oven and allow to cool before slicing and serving.
