Chocolate Baked Oats with Protein Powder

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Old-Fashioned Oats
  • c. Non-dairy Milk
  • 1 Banana
  • ¼ c. Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • tsp. Salt
  • 4 Tbsp. Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray two 10-oz ramekins with non-stick spray and set aside.

  2. Add oats, non-dairy milk, banana, chocolate protein, baking powder, salt, eggs, vanilla, honey, and cocoa powder to a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Stir chocolate chips into the blended batter and pour into the ramekins. Top with additional chocolate chips if desired.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes until entirely baked through.

  5. Remove from the oven and allow to rest 5 minutes before scooping in!
