Take a look back at the year’s top recipes viewed and made from My Life After Dairy in 2023. With recipes ranging from breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts this year was definitely delicious and as always, dairy-free!

2023 was a year of growth both personally and professionally here at My Life After Dairy and before I get any farther I just want to say, THANK YOU.

Thank you to those of you who made the recipes, followed along just for fun, or shared something with a friend. You make this dairy-free journey a little sweeter.

Personally, I began the year as mom of two under two, with 14 months between our sweet littles. While recovering from my second C-section I decided to get back into triathlons.

After competing in a super-sprint triathlon in June I convinced my husband to join me for a sprint triathlon here in Macon in October. Much to our surprise, we both placed and look forward to competing again in the new year.

We welcomed a niece into the family in December, celebrated my parent’s 40th wedding anniversary, and closed out the year accomplishing my blogging goal, being accepted to MediaVine.

While reflecting on some of the wonderful changes this year saw I thought it might be fun to share some of the top recipes viewed and made in 2023.
