6 Graham Crackers
9 ounces White Chocolate Chips (dairy-free)
1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
⅛ teaspoon Flak Salt
Instructions
Using a sharp knife, cut each graham cracker sheet into 8 smaller squares.
In a microwave safe bowl, heat 9 ounces dairy-free white chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon coconut oil to melt. I did two round of 30 seconds stirring halfway until the chocolate melted.
Add 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice and ⅛ teaspoon salt to the melted white chocolate and stir to combine.
Drop the graham crackers flat on one side into the melted pumpkin spice white chocolate.
With a fork, flip the graham cracker to coat both sides.
Lift the white chocolate coated graham cracker out with the fork and tap off the excess chocolate.
Place the dipped graham cracker on a piece of parchment paper and sprinkle with fall sprinkles.
Leave on the counter to set, about 30-45 minutes or pop into the freezer for a faster set.
Once cooled, transfer to an air tight container to store and enjoy.
