Easy Creamy Peanut Noodles

These quick and easy creamy peanut noodles are a simple dish that are ready in under 15 minutes for a filling, flavorful meal everyone will enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Spaghetti Noodles (uncooked)
  • ½ cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic (microplaned or diced)
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoon Honey
  • ¼ cup Water
  • ½ Tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • Green Onion (to garnish)
  • Sesame Seeds (to garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook 8 ounces spaghetti noodles according to your package directions.
  2. While the noodles are cooking grab the large mixing bowl and whisk together ½ cup peanut butter, 4 cloves of microplaned garlic, 2 Tablespoons sriracha, 1 Tablespoon lemon juice, 2 Tablespoons honey, ¼ cup water, and ½ Tablespoon sesame oil until smooth. Set sauce aside until ready to serve.
  3. When the noodles are cooked, drain and toss into the bowl with the sauce.
  4. Toss noodles with sauce to coat. Serve with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
