Easy Chocolate Fudge

This quick and easy recipe for chocolate fudge comes together in under 5 minutes for a sweet treat everyone will enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 10 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (dairy-free)
  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • Flaky Sea Salt (to top)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a square baking dish by lining with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, heat dairy-free chocolate chips and sweetened condensed coconut milk for 30 seconds.
  3. Stir and heat again for another 30 seconds. Depending on your microwave you may need more or less, just keep an eye on it.
  4. Remove from the microwave, stir in vanilla and a pinch of salt.
  5. Pour the dairy-free chocolate fudge into the baking pan and sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Refrigerate or freeze until set. Slice into squares and enjoy!
