Country Crock Plant Cream Whipped Cream

With 3 ingredients you can make a light and fluffy bowl of vegan whipped topping using country crock's plant cream as the base.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Plant Cream (chilled)
  • ¼ cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Fit a stand or hand mixer with a whisk attachment.
  2. In the bowl, beat together 2 cups chilled plant cream, 2 teaspoons vanilla, and ¼ cup powdered sugar.
  3. Beat on high about 2-3 minutes or until stiff peaks form.
  4. I scraped the sides down once and continued beating to make sure the ingredients were throughly mixed.
