¼ cup Ground Flaxseed
¼ cup Water
1 cup Old-Fashioned Oats
½ cup Almond Butter
¼ cup Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla
⅛ teaspoon Salt
3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
1 Tablespoon Brewers Yeast
¼ cup Mini Chocolate Chips (dairy-free)
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, stir together ¼ cup ground flax with ¼ cup water and let sit 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, add 1 cup old-fashioned oats, ½ cup almond butter, ¼ cup maple syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla, ⅛ teaspoon salt, 3 Tablespoons cocoa powder, 1 Tablespoon brewers yeast, and ¼ cup mini chocolate chips.
Stir the ingredients together with a rubber spatula until combined.
Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Scoop the lactation balls mixture with a 1.5 Tablespoon cookie scoop and roll into balls.
Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
