This quick and easy shrimp taco recipe makes a prefect Taco Tuesday dinner!
Peel shrimp and place in a medium sized bowl. Coat the shrimp with olive oil and add seasonings to the bowl. Using a spoon, or your hands, toss the shrimp until they are all coated with the oil and seasonings.
Place the shrimp in a medium-high skillet and cook until they are pink, about 3-4 minutes per side. Once the shrimp is cooked, remove from heat.
To assemble the tacos, fill the tortilla with guacamole, shredded lettuce, shrimp, cilantro, and green onion, to taste.
