Cool off with these sweet and creamy Cookies and Cream Popsicles. Made with 5 ingredients, these dairy free dessert bars are an easy summer treat!
Crush Oreo cookies until desired size. We tried both small chunks and larger chunks and enjoyed the larger cookie crumbs much better.
Sprinkle some Oreo crumbs in the base of your popsicle molds.
In a large liquid measuring cup stir together coconut cream, oat milk, vanilla, sugar, and remainng crushed Oreos.
Pour into the popsicle molds carefully so you don't spill over the top. Note- You might need to spoon some chunks of Oreo into the molds if they are not pouring out easily.
Add the popsicle sticks to the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
