Stovetop Popcorn with Nooch and Herbs

Indulge in a guilt free, stovetop popcorn with nooch and herbs seasoning. This low calorie snack makes the perfect addition to any movie night.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil melted
  • ¼ c. Popcorn Kernels
  • ½ tsp. Salt kosher

Nooch and Herbs Seasoning

  • 2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • ½ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp. Dill

Instructions

  1. In a deep pot with a lid, heat 2 Tbsp. coconut oil with 3 popcorn kernels on medium-high heat covered.

  2. Wait until the 3 kernels have popped, then pour in remaining ¼ cup of kernels with ½ tsp salt. Cover and cook until popping slows to about 3 seconds between pops.

  3. Meanwhile, mix together nutritional yeast, dill, and garlic powder in a small bowl.

  4. Remove from heat and pour about 1 cup of popped popcorn into a large bowl. Sprinkle the popcorn with ½ Tbsp of the seasoning. Repeat until all popcorn has been added to the bowl and sprinkled with seasoning.

  5. Serve immediately or allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.

Popcorn can store in an airtight container for 3 days.
