This beautiful combination of white chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, and festive sprinkles bring the season of love together in one tasty cookie!
Allow the butter and egg time to come to room temperature.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together butter and brown sugar.
Add vanilla and egg and mix until combined.
Next, add the salt and baking soda and beat until combined.
Then, slowly stir in the 1½ cup flour, adding about ½ cup at a time. Once all of the flour has been added stir until combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips and sprinkles and scoop into 1½ tablespoon sized balls.
Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes.
When you are ready to bake, preheat the oven to 360°F. Place dough balls about 2 inches apart on a rimmed, lined cookie sheet. Bake for 11 minutes.
