Vegan Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam

Vegan pumpkin cream cold foam whips up in about 5 minutes for the perfect addition to your fall coffee routine.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plant Cream
  • ½ cup Non-Dairy Milk
  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup
  • ½ cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1½ teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 8 ounces Iced Coffee (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a tall mason jar, add 1 cup plant cream, ½ cup non-dairy milk, ¼ cup maple syrup, ½ cup pumpkin puree, and 1½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice.
  2. Mix with a small whisk to get all of the ingredients added smoothly.
  3. Next place the lid on the mason jar and shake until frothy.
  4. For additional froth, pour out ½ cup of the cold foam into a cup.
  5. Using a hand held frother, froth the pumpkin spice cold foam until thick and frothy.
  6. Pour or scoop frothed cold foam over an 8 ounce glass of iced coffee and enjoy!
