2 cup Vegan Vanilla Yogurt
¼ cup Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Sliced Strawberries
½ cup Blueberries
¼ cup Shredded Coconut
Instructions
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups vegan yogurt, ¼ cup maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Spread the sweetened yogurt mixture on the parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Top with 1 cup sliced strawberries, ½ cup blueberries, and ¼ cup shredded coconut.
Freeze until solid (about 2 hours).
Cut into pieces and enjoy!
Keep the yogurt bark pieces stored in a freezer safe container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
