Vegan Frozen Yogurt Bark
Healthy, refreshing, and made entirely vegan, this frozen yogurt bark makes the perfect snack. Learn how to make this vanilla yogurt topped with fresh blueberries, strawberries, and shredded coconut for a no-bake dairy-free treat everyone will enjoy!
After going dairy-free I struggled with replacing yogurt. What was once a healthy, low carb, high protein snack became a nut-based alternative lacking in the protein, creamy texture, and flavor I’d come to expect from a cup of yogurt.
To aid with the transition I tried to find ways to use dairy-free yogurt. Making fruit dips, smoothies, and this easy frozen yogurt bark helped my palette to adjust to the change. While I haven’t found the right vegan yogurt to eat straight out of the cup, I have no problem dressing it up into a healthy snack that can double as a delicious dessert.

Topping Ideas
While I have opted to keep this batch of frozen yogurt bark patriotic with a red, white, and blue theme here are a few different ways you can modify this frozen yogurt bark and make it your own:
- Drizzle with peanut butter, almond butter, or sunflower butter to add a little savory and nutty flavor to the bark.
- Swap out the frozen fruit- try raspberries, blackberries, or pineapple for a different flavor.
- Sprinkle with granola or chopped nuts.
Storing Frozen Yogurt Bark
This vegan yogurt bark is best kept in a freezer safe container for up to 3 months. When you are ready to serve simply pull out the amount of bark pieces you want and put the rest back to prevent the bark from melting and re-freezing into a glob.
