2 ripe Avocados
6 Tablespoons Vegan Feta Crumbles
¼ cup Red Onion (diced)
2 cloves Garlic (minced or grated)
2 Tablespoons Parsley (minced)
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
½ Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
¼–½ teaspoon Salt (start with ¼ and increase as needed)
Instructions
Slice and dice 2 ripe avocados and place in a medium sized bowl.
Next add ¼ cup diced red onion, 2 cloves minced garlic, 2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, 1 Tablespoon olive oil, ½ Tablespoon apple cider vinegar, and ¼ teaspoon salt.
Stir together until well mixed.
Next, add 6 Tablespoons crumbled feta and stir to combine.
Taste test the dip and adjust the salt based on your personal preferences.
