Vegan Feta and Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Creamy, salty, and a little bit smoky, this vegan roasted red pepper and feta dip is a 5 ingredient recipe perfect for your summer snacking. This 5 minute recipe makes a wonderful appetizer for veggies, warm pita, or crunchy pita chips.

  • 6 ounces Vegan Feta Crumbles
  • ½ cup Roasted Red Bell Pepper, drained
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • ½ of a Lemon, juiced
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. In the base of a high speed blender, add 6 ounces vegan feta crumbles, ½ cup drained roasted red bell pepper, 1 clove of fresh garlic, the juice from ½ of a lemon, and 1 Tablespoon of olive oil.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a bowl for dipping and serving. Drizzle with a little extra olive oil or sprinkle with additional vegan feta.
