6 ounces Vegan Feta Crumbles
½ cup Roasted Red Bell Pepper, drained
1 clove Garlic
½ of a Lemon, juiced
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
In the base of a high speed blender, add 6 ounces vegan feta crumbles, ½ cup drained roasted red bell pepper, 1 clove of fresh garlic, the juice from ½ of a lemon, and 1 Tablespoon of olive oil.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a bowl for dipping and serving. Drizzle with a little extra olive oil or sprinkle with additional vegan feta.
