- Roasted Red Bell Pepper– A jarred roasted bell pepper that has been drained works perfectly.
- Garlic– One clove of fresh garlic adds some nice bite to the dip.
- Lemon– Fresh squeezed lemon juice gives a little acid to the dip.
- Olive Oil– To smooth out the creamy dip.

Step-by-Step Directions for Roasted Red Pepper and Feta Dip
- Put ingredients in blender: In the base of a high speed blender, add vegan feta crumbles, drained roasted red bell pepper, fresh garlic, lemon juice, and of olive oil.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Serve or store: Pour into a bowl for dipping and serving.
- Top it off: Drizzle with a little extra olive oil or sprinkle with additional vegan feta.

- ½ of a Lemon, juiced

- In the base of a high speed blender, add 6 ounces vegan feta crumbles, ½ cup drained roasted red bell pepper, 1 clove of fresh garlic, the juice from ½ of a lemon, and 1 Tablespoon of olive oil.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a bowl for dipping and serving. Drizzle with a little extra olive oil or sprinkle with additional vegan feta.
