  • Vegan Feta Crumbles– I like using the Follow Your Heart Feta Crumbles because they are easy to find in my area.
  • Roasted Red Bell Pepper– A jarred roasted bell pepper that has been drained works perfectly.
  • Garlic– One clove of fresh garlic adds some nice bite to the dip.
  • Lemon– Fresh squeezed lemon juice gives a little acid to the dip.
  • Olive Oil– To smooth out the creamy dip.

Step-by-Step Directions for Roasted Red Pepper and Feta Dip

  • Put ingredients in blender: In the base of a high speed blender, add vegan feta crumbles, drained roasted red bell pepper, fresh garlic, lemon juice, and of olive oil.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve or store: Pour into a bowl for dipping and serving.
  • Top it off: Drizzle with a little extra olive oil or sprinkle with additional vegan feta.

This simple, vegan dip is best stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

I would not suggest freezing the dip, simply whip it up at a moments notice and enjoy all week long!

  • 6 ounces Vegan Feta Crumbles
  • ½ cup Roasted Red Bell Pepper, drained
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • ½ of a Lemon, juiced
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. In the base of a high speed blender, add 6 ounces vegan feta crumbles, ½ cup drained roasted red bell pepper, 1 clove of fresh garlic, the juice from ½ of a lemon, and 1 Tablespoon of olive oil.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a bowl for dipping and serving. Drizzle with a little extra olive oil or sprinkle with additional vegan feta.
