Vegan Chocolate Protein Almond Milk Shaken Espresso

Made with 4 ingredients, this vegan shaken espresso recipe is packed with a rich mocha flavor and a boost from the chocolate protein.

  • 1 scoop Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder ((about 2 Tablespoons))
  • 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup (optional)
  • 2 ounces Fresh Espresso
  • 8 ounces Almond Milk

Instructions

  1. In a 2 cup mason jar, brew a double shot of espresso over a scoop of chocolate protein powder and 1 teaspoon maple syrup, if using.
  2. Once the espresso has finished brewing, screw the lid on the mason jar and shake the espresso with the protein powder until blended completely.
  3. Pour the shaken espresso over a glass of ice and top with up to 8 ounces almond milk.
  4. Stir and enjoy!
