Vegan Birthday Cake Overnight Oats

Simple, flavorful, and vegan, these birthday cake overnight oats make a wonderful make ahead breakfast or healthy dessert everyone is sure to enjoy!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Non-dairy Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
  • ¼ teaspoon Almond Extract
  • ½ cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Rainbow Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a 16 ounce mason jar mix together ¾ cup non-dairy milk, 1 Tablespoon almond butter, and ¼ teaspoon almond extract until smooth.
  2. Next add ½ cup oatmeal, 1 Tablespoon chia seeds, and 1 scoop protein powder. Mix to evenly distribute.
  3. After the oatmeal is mixed in, stir in 1 Tablespoon rainbow sprinkles to evenly distribute.
  4. Secure a lid on the mason jar and refrigerate overnight.
  5. When you are ready to enjoy, simply remove from the refrigerator and dive in!

Notes

You can also sub cashew butter for the almond butter if you want.
