A huge thank you to Three Wishes Cereal for sharing their Gluten- and Grain-Free Granola with My Life After Dairy. All opinions disclosed are mine alone.

What is Three Wishes Grain Free Granola?

The Three Wishes brand got their start in 2019 with a line of grain free cereal made with nutrient dense ingredients that didn’t leave you feeling hungry or suffering a massive sugar crash. Great for kids and kids at heart, the company has made a commitment to making a better breakfast option without using grains.

In the spring of 2024, Three Wishes expanded their breakfast line to include grain free granola. This new product currently comes in three delicious flavors, original, chocolate almond, and maple pecan.

What makes Three Wishes stand above the rest is their use of minimal and nutrient dense ingredients plus a devotion to making vegan, Kosher, and gluten-free products everyone can enjoy.

The Flavors of Grain Free Granola We Tried

Original

The Original flavor of Three Wishes grain free granola has a very mild flavor. This variety is meant to replace your basic granola.

While the blend contains coconut and maple syrup, the flavors do not overpower the almond and other seeds making it a very neutral granola that you can easily pair with anything.

  • Ingredients for Original Granola include: Almonds, Coconut Chips, Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Maple Syrup, Salt, Monk Fruit, and Natural Flavors.
  • Free From: Wheat, corn, rice, dairy, oats, peanuts, soy, and gluten.
  • Bonus: 5 grams of fiber and 6 grams of protein per serving!
  • Serving Suggestions: I think this would make an excellent topping for a fruit and vegan yogurt parfait. Coconut yogurt in particular would really elevate the flavor of this grain free granola.

Chocolate Almond

The chocoholics in your life need the Chocolate Almond grain free granola more than they will ever know. This crunchy granola features chunks of vegan chocolate as well as a dusting of cocoa powder that lightly kisses the grain free granola mixture making each bite a chocolate lovers dream.

I am not sure if this was intended or just a happy coincidence but the chocolate chunks melted a bit and then solidified with the granola mixture making these little chocolate clusters that are so addictive I can hardly stop eating the granola enough to write this post hahaha.

  • Ingredients in Chocolate Almond include: Sunflower seeds, coconut chips, chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds, maple syrup, cocoa powder, natural flavors, sea salt, and monk fruit.
  • Free from: Wheat, corn, rice, dairy, oats, peanuts, soy, and gluten.
  • Bonus: 6 grams of fiber and 6 grams of protein in each serving.
  • Serving suggestion: I am low key obsessed with drizzling dark chocolate almond milk over a bowl of the chocolate almond grain free granola. There is no such thing as too much chocolate.

Maple Pecan

Maple Pecan is hands down my favorite of the varieties. The flavor on this granola is second to none. Even before opening your package, the aromas of maple, cinnamon, and toasty pecan float to your nose.

I truly cannot get over how addictive this flavor is. It gives me strong fall vibes, like I want to pull out my cozy sweaters, curl up with a hot pumpkin spice latte, and crank on my fire when I take a bite of this granola. They have truly captured the smell, taste, and soul hugging feeling of fall with this flavor.

  • Ingredients for Maple Pecan include: almonds, sunflower seeds, pecans, coconut chips, maple syrup, natural flavors, cinnamon, sea salt, and monk fruit.
  • Free From: Wheat, corn, rice, dairy, oats, peanuts, soy, and gluten.
  • Bonus: 5 grams of fiber and 6 grams of protein per serving.
  • Serving suggestions: This is one that you can truly snack on without anything added. If you feel the need, you can splash a little coconut almond milk on this grain free granola blend.

Ways to Serve Grain Free Granola

When you plan to eat a serving of Three Wishes of grain free granola, there are a number of different options out there.

For each of the varieties, a full serving includes a half cup scoop of the granola. To take in a full serving I would suggest these preparation methods:

  • Serve a half cup scoop with your favorite non-dairy milk. Optional- top with fruit.
  • Top a smoothie bowl with your favorite flavor.
  • Make a yogurt parfait. I would probably do a layer of yogurt, then fruit, then 1/4 cup granola and then repeat those layers.
  • Mixed into a bowl of Three Wishes Cereal and drench with non-dairy milk.

If you are simply using some of the granola but aren’t trying to get a full serving in a sitting you can try these ideas:

  • Sprinkle over melted vegan chocolate to make a crunchy chocolate bark.
  • Use the granola to top a frozen yogurt bark.
