Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Vegan Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 ounce Espresso ((one shot of espresso))

Instructions

  1. Scoop two large scoops of vanilla ice cream into a coffee mug.
  2. Brew one, 1 ounce shot of espresso.
  3. Pour the espresso over the vegan vanilla ice cream.
  4. Serve as is or shave a little vegan chocolate on top.
