How to Make Peppermint Bark Pretzels
Ingredients You’ll Need
- Dairy-Free Chocolate– The base of these pretzels is made with a dairy-free semi-sweet chocolate and then they are drizzled with a dairy-free white chocolate.
- Coconut Oil– Helps melt and evenly coat the chocolate onto the pretzels.
- Peppermint Extract– For that delicious mint chocolate flavor.
- Pretzels– A salty, crunchy addition to the peppermint bark.
- Crushed Candy Canes– For decoration and a little extra peppermint bark finish.
- Sprinkles (optional but extra festive)
Step-by-step Directions
- Melt chocolate: In a large microwave-safe bowl, heat dairy-free chocolate chips with coconut oil until melted.
- Add peppermint: Stir peppermint extract into the melted chocolate mixture.
- Coat pretzels: Add pretzels and stir to coat the pretzels evenly.
- Spread out on pan: Pour the chocolate coated pretzels on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and spread into an even layer.
- Top with crushed peppermint: Sprinkle with crushed peppermint and holiday sprinkles.
- Optional (but extra-festive) Melt dairy-free white chocolate and drizzle over the top before sprinkling with crushed peppermint and sprinkles.
- Freeze to set and remove from the freezer once the peppermint bark hardens.
- Break into pieces: Allow to come to room temperature and break into individual pieces.

Ingredients
- 10 ounces Chocolate Chips dairy-free
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
- ½ Tablespoon Peppermint Extract
- 4 cups Pretzels
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips dairy-free
- ¼-½ cup Crushed Peppermint
Instructions

In a large microwave-safe bowl, heat 10 ounces dairy-free chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon coconut oil until melted.

Stir ½ Tablespoon peppermint extract into the melted chocolate mixture.

Add 4 cups of pretzels and stir to coat the pretzels evenly.

Pour the chocolate coated pretzels on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and spread into an even layer.

Drizzle with 1 cup of melted dairy-free white chocolate and sprinkle with up to ½ cup crushed peppermint and holiday sprinkles.
