Easy to make and entirely plant-based, these peanut butter chocolate chip lactation overnight oats are a simple meal prep snack that just might boost your milk supply.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Flax
  • 1 teaspoon Brewers Yeast
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 3/4 cup Non-dairy Milk
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Dairy-Free Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. In a standard mason jar, add old fashioned oats, ground flax, brewers yeast, cinnamon, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and non-dairy milk.
  2. Mix together until the peanut butter has been well distributed throughout the jar.
  3. Next add the chocolate chips and stir to combine. 
  4. Place the lid on the mason jar and store in the refrigerator at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
