From prepping meals to stash in the freezer for after baby arrives to providing treats to keep new parents going on the day to day, giving food is my love language.

Last month, when one of the resident’s my husband works with gave birth to a baby girl I brought over a small batch of these lactation bites. They are a great recipe that won’t weigh you down, doesn’t cost a fortune (unlike some store-bought lactation boosting snacks) and can easily be made during nap time.
