This simple dessert recipe marries two of my favorite things of all time Oreos and no-bake desserts. Made with layers of fresh chocolate Oreo cookies and a chocolate whipped cream pudding mixture, this dairy-free ice box cake is sure to hit the spot.
This recipe came together over months of painstaking research and test runs. HAHAHA just kidding, while I did workshop this recipe for a few months and tested out different variations, it was nothing short of delightful and delicious.
Some of the struggles I faced in the recipe testing process was finding the appropriate sized dish to ensure you only used one package of Oreos. One iteration had an Oreo crumb crust while another used close to 75 whole Oreos…
What you have here today is the version that balances the delicious flavor of Oreos with the light and fluffy pudding layers to give you the maximum enjoyment (without feeling overly sick) after each bite.

- Almond Milk– Used in place of traditional milk to whip up the instant pudding.
- Plant Cream– For the whipped topping make sure you are selecting a dairy-free heavy cream alternative such as Country Crock’s or Silk.
