Creamy and vegan, this vanilla ice cream recipe is made with 4 ingredients and without an ice cream maker.

  • 2 cups Plant-Based Heavy Cream
  • 11.25 ounces Sweetened Condensed Oat Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • ⅛ teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. In the base of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, whip 2 cups heavy whipping cream alternative on high for about 2 minutes, or until thick and fluffy.
  2. Add 11.25 ounces sweetened condensed oat milk, 2 teaspoons vanilla, and ⅛ teaspoon salt to the whipped cream.
  3. Mix until evenly distributes.
  4. Pour into a large, freezer-safe container that can hold up to 10 cups.
  5. Spread evenly and cover with plastic wrap.
  6. Place in the freezer and freeze overnight or for at least 8 hours.
