Pizza Toast

Crispy, cheesy, and dairy-free, this homemade pizza toast is a simple lunch or dinner recipe that everyone will enjoy making and eating.

Ingredients

  • 1 slice Bread
  • 2 Tablespoons Pizza Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegan Cheese

Instructions

Oven Baked Pizza Toast

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Once pre-heated, place your sliced bread on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake the bread for 5 minutes to crisp up the slices.
  4. After 5 minutes, remove from oven and top with 2 Tablespoons pizza sauce, 2 Tablespoons dairy-free cheese, and any additional toppings.
  5. Bake an additional 8 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly and enjoy!

Air Fryer Pizza Toast

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Once preheated, add sliced bread to the air fryer basket.
  3. Toast for 2 minutes. You do not need to flip.
  4. After 2 minutes, remove from the air fryer and top with 2 Tablespoons pizza sauce, 2 Tablespoons dairy-free cheese, and any additional toppings.
  5. Air fry for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from the air fryer, allow to cool slightly and enjoy!
