Cake Batter Lactation Bites

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Ground Flax
  • ¼ cup + 1 Tablespoon Water
  • 1 cup Oat Flour
  • 1 cup Old-Fashioned Oats
  • ¼ cup Vanilla Protein Powder (vegan)
  • 1 Tablespoon Brewer's Yeast
  • ½ cup Cashew Butter
  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Almond Extract
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla
  • ¼ cup Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl mix together ¼ cup ground flax and ¼ cup + 1 Tablespoon water. Let sit at least 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, pour 1 cup oat flour, 1 cup Old-fashioned oats, ¼ cup vegan vanilla protein powder, 1 Tablespoon brewer's yeast, ½ cup cashew butter, ¼ cup maple syrup, 1 teaspoon almond and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, the flax mixture, and ¼ cup sprinkles.
  3. Mix together into an evenly distributed consistency.
  4. With a 1 1/2- Tablespoon sized cookie scoop, scoop the batter and roll into balls.
  5. Enjoy right away or store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
