¼ cup Ground Flax
¼ cup + 1 Tablespoon Water
1 cup Oat Flour
1 cup Old-Fashioned Oats
¼ cup Vanilla Protein Powder (vegan)
1 Tablespoon Brewer's Yeast
½ cup Cashew Butter
¼ cup Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Almond Extract
½ teaspoon Vanilla
¼ cup Sprinkles
Instructions
In a small bowl mix together ¼ cup ground flax and ¼ cup + 1 Tablespoon water. Let sit at least 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, pour 1 cup oat flour, 1 cup Old-fashioned oats, ¼ cup vegan vanilla protein powder, 1 Tablespoon brewer's yeast, ½ cup cashew butter, ¼ cup maple syrup, 1 teaspoon almond and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, the flax mixture, and ¼ cup sprinkles.
Mix together into an evenly distributed consistency.
With a 1 1/2- Tablespoon sized cookie scoop, scoop the batter and roll into balls.
Enjoy right away or store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
