2 Pita Bread Pockets
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil (you might not use all of it)
¼ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
¼ teaspoon Parsley
Instructions
Cut each pita round into 4 sections then pull apart quartered pita rounds into 2 pieces making 8 wedges per pita round.
Brush a light amount of olive oil on the tops and bottoms of each of the pita chips.
In a small bowl mix together ¼ teaspoon salt, ⅛ teaspoon pepper, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, and ¼ teaspoon parsley.
Sprinkle the seasoning blend on the front and backs of the pita chips. Set the seasoned pita chips aside.
Preheat the air fryer to 325°F.
Once preheated add the pita chips to the air fryer and cook for 6 minutes. (You do not have to make a single layer just space them out as best you can).
