Air Fryer Pita Chips

Crispy, vegan, and ready in 10 minutes, these air fryer pita chips make the perfect appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 Pita Bread Pockets
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil (you might not use all of it)
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Parsley

Instructions

  1. Cut each pita round into 4 sections then pull apart quartered pita rounds into 2 pieces making 8 wedges per pita round.
  2. Brush a light amount of olive oil on the tops and bottoms of each of the pita chips.
  3. In a small bowl mix together ¼ teaspoon salt, ⅛ teaspoon pepper, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, and ¼ teaspoon parsley.
  4. Sprinkle the seasoning blend on the front and backs of the pita chips. Set the seasoned pita chips aside.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 325°F.
  6. Once preheated add the pita chips to the air fryer and cook for 6 minutes. (You do not have to make a single layer just space them out as best you can).
  7. Turn the chips halfway through baking.
  8. Remove from air fryer and enjoy!
